Lisbon and Santiago de Chile hires add weight to Garrigues´ arbitration group

Carlos de los Santos (Madrid), Joe Tirado (London) and Pedro Tent (Valencia) were speakers at a major international conference held in Seville, Spain jointly organized by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Club Español de Arbitraje (CEA) and the Universities of Zaragoza and Loyola Andalusia to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the New York Convention.
Lino Torgal (Lisbon) spoke at a seminar on Appeals to the Constitutional Court of Arbitral Tribunals Rulings at the Lisbon Law Faculty, Lisbon, Portugal.
Javier del Corte (Bilbao) was a speaker at a seminar on shipping arbitration in Bilbao, Spain.
Publications
Elisa Vicente (Madrid) has contributed a chapter to 40 under 40, a publication in which the contributors are the most promising rising stars in international arbitration.
Joe Tirado (London) is the Contributing Editor to Global Legal Insight: International Arbitration 2018, the 4th edition of which has just been published. It is available in hard copy and online. The 4th edition, together with the first three editions in the series, provides a global analysis of common issues in international arbitration laws and regulations across 60 jurisdictions. It covers key topics including arbitration agreements and procedures, arbitrators, interim relief, arbitration awards, challenge and enforcement of awards, investment arbitration and decisions.
