David Gallego Berdah is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law department.

He has extensive expertise in advising domestic and multinational companies on labor matters and, in particular, on business restructuring processes (collective procedures and business acquisitions, individual dismissals, mergers, spin-offs), outsourcing and subcontracting, collective bargaining agreement negotiation, litigation and senior management issues, as well as on social security contributions, applicable contract-based incentives and benefits, social security benefits and services, and supplementary employee welfare programs.

He has also participated in numerous collective procedures, such as labor restructuring processes, collective layoffs, collective labor agreements, material modifications to working conditions, transfers, harmonization and standardization of working conditions, suspension of contracts, opt-outs of collective labor agreements, company policies and protocols.

He also provides recurring advice to financial institutions, sports federations, department stores, companies in the chemicals, automotive and transport sectors, contact centers and family businesses.
