- Mónica Van der Schraft (Santiago, Chile) spoke on the Appraisal and quantification of damages in construction projects at the II International Congress on Construction Law, organized by the Peruvian Arbitration Institute (IPA),on 25 and 26 October 2021.
- Additionally, Mónica also gave a lecture on the Theory of the case and witness cross examination in the third panel of the Arbitration Day organized by Costa Rica young arbitrator association, that took place on 14 October 2021.
