Xuezhou CHEN worked at Garrigues from 2014 to 2017 and re-joined the firm at the end of 2021. She is now the senior associate of corporate department of Shanghai office. She renders legal services to our clients covering the fields of Foreign Direct Investment to China, M&A and General Corporate.
Having more than 7 years’ working experience, she provides legal support to our clients in various aspects, covering:
Advising on the investment structures from legal perspective to the cross-border transactions and assisting in the incorporation of foreign invested entities in the PRC.
Advising on the M&A transactions from analyzing corporate structure, conducting legal due diligence, negotiation, legal documents drafting, administrative procedure implementation, to post-transaction support in the PRC.
Advising on the daily operation of clients’ business in the PRC covering the corporate governance, commercial, labor, compliance, IP protection and dispute resolution, etc.
Prior to re-joining Garrigues Shanghai Office, she worked for several top tier PRC law firms.
