Un año más por estas fechas, Garrigues organiza su tradicional Foro de Actualización Fiscal para la Empresa. El evento será impartido por profesionales del despacho, expertos en cada una de las materias a tratar.
El objetivo de este foro es abordar, desde un enfoque práctico, el impacto de las novedades fiscales más relevantes para el cierre del ejercicio empresarial, así como los recientes cambios normativos más relevantes. Además, en las ponencias se actualizarán los criterios interpretativos novedosos y de mayor impacto derivados de la doctrina administrativa y de la jurisprudencia. Se abordarán cuestiones relativas al área de precios de transferencia, tributación indirecta (IVA, facturación electrónica,…), fiscalidad autonómica y local o las actuaciones de la inspección tributaria recientes a tener en cuenta.
