The CNMV publishes its conclusions on the Corporate Governance and Directors Remuneration Reports for 2017

On 17 October 2018, the CNMV published its reports on the Annual Corporate Governance and Directors Remuneration Reports of the listed companies corresponding to the fiscal year 2017.
The referred to reports, which summarize the main conclusions of the reports on both matters which the listed companies have sent to CNMV regarding the fiscal year 2017, reflect a higher compliance of the recommendations of the Good Governance Code with regard to the fiscal year 2016, which amounts to 84.6% in 2017, as well as a greater female presence in the board of directors of the listed companies (except for the executive directors).
