Garrigues among the top 100 companies in Spain in terms of attracting and retaining talent
Garrigues has once again been named, in the Merco Talento ranking, among the companies best at attracting and retaining talent. The law firm has managed to come 35th in the ranking (up three positions on the last edition). What is more, in the analysis by sectors, it remains in first place.
In this year’s edition (number 15), the ranking has been based on the opinions of 22,570 workers from different companies, 8,300 citizens, 1,041 business school alumni and 173 managers and experts in different areas of human resources, among others, with a total of 39,641 surveys having been carried out. Those surveyed evaluate companies on three key factors which influence and determine their attractiveness in the labor market: job quality, the employer’s brand and internal reputation.
Merco Talento is one of the reports published by Merco each year in order to analyze the different reputational dimensions of companies linked to talent. Moreover, at the end of 2020, Garrigues was once again recognized as being among the most highly reputed firms in Spain (58th place in the Merco Empresas ranking) and this year, it has been named the most responsible firm with the best corporate governance (in 65th place of the Merco Responsabilidad y Gobierno Corporativo ranking).
