Garrigues logs the most M&A transactions in Spain in 2017

Garrigues tops the ranking of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) carried out in Spain in 2017, in the two most important classifications: TTR business intelligence platforms.
According to TTR, which closely tracks these transactions in the Iberian and Latin American markets, Garrigues closed 122 transactions during the year, 33 more than in 2016. These M&As had a combined value of over €35 billion (more than twice the 2016 figure), slotting Garrigues in at number two in the classification.
In TTR’s private equity and venture capital categories, Garrigues holds the number-two position in terms of number of transactions, with 55 (€28.415 billion).
