Garrigues leads the ranking of legal advisors on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in 2019, in terms of both number of transactions and value. The firm closed a total of 136 transactions in Spain during the year, with an overall value of 17,994 million euros (20% of the Spanish total), according to the annual report by business intelligence platform TTR. The firm tops the Mergermarket ranking by number of deals.
