Novedades Mercantil 1-2012
On January 28, 2012 Royal Decree-Law 1/2012, suspending the pre-allocation of remuneration procedures and eliminating financial incentives for new electricity generation facilities using cogeneration, renewable energy sources and waste, was published in the Official State Gazette.
Royal Decree-Law 1/2012 came into force on the date of its publication, i.e., on January 28, 2012.
