Permira Funds and Garrigues sign a strategic agreement to further develop Centro de Estudios Garrigues
The Permira Funds, a PE fund with a strong track record in investments in Consumer and Education, has reached an agreement with the law firm Garrigues to develop high quality and specialized programs in the social sciences area both in Spain and Portugal.
This strategic agreement, which includes a majority takeover by the Permira Funds in Centro de Estudios Garrigues, will involve an investment in new programs, the internationalization of students and the development of innovative projects in the field of law.
Félix Plaza, partner of Garrigues, will be the President of the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and Miguel Carmelo will exercise the office of Vice-President.
