Universum: Garrigues ranked best law firm to work for, for the eighth year running
For the eighth year in a row, Garrigues has been voted the best law firm to work for by law students who took part in the Most Attractive Employers survey conducted by Universum, a leading global employer branding company.
As in last year’s survey, public administration topped the law category with Garrigues in second place, meaning Garrigues remains the preferred firm for law students. The main aspects highlighted by those surveyed are the firm’s prestige, the advantages of having such a reputable firm on their CV and Garrigues’ position as a leading firm.
For Laura Elorza, an HR manager at Garrigues, this recognition confirms that “after eight years, Garrigues has consolidated its leading position as the law firm of choice for university students, who understand the opportunity of working for a firm that knows that its people are its best asset and places them at the heart of its strategy, and remains committed to nurturing their talent.”
The survey, answered by more than 30,900 students and carried out in collaboration with 72 universities and business schools, analyzes the preferences of Spanish university students by specialty in order to find out what they look for in an employer. Different aspects of the professional career students aspire to, what motivates them when choosing an employer and their perception of the participating companies and organizations are all taken into account.
