Lourdes has 16 years of professional experience advising clients on corporate, transactional, banking and financial, and estate advisory matters. From March 2011 to June 2011 she completed an internship at the Madrid office of German law firm Monereo Meyer Marinel-lo, S.L. Lourdes has advised domestic and foreign companies and investors on corporate restructuring processes involving mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations. She has also advised on joint ventures, share and asset deals, legal due diligence processes, structures and wealth advice, and day-to-day corporate matters.

She coordinates due diligence reviews and compliance processes to ensure fulfillment of corporate obligations. She has taken part in the corporate reorganization of companies in the industrial real estate sector, helping them to optimize their operating structures.
She has experience in asset sales and purchases and the acquisition of franchises in the restaurant industry, as well as in preparing master trusts for companies in the industrial real estate sector.
She has participated in the setting-up of investment vehicles for companies in the airport and industrial real estate sectors. In addition, she has assisted in transactions for the sale and purchase of shares in companies in the real estate and food sectors, including preparation of the legal documentation required according to the type of transaction.
She advises on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, due diligence processes and changes of corporate form, helping ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment. She supervises the incorporation of Mexican companies and handles the related formalities.
She also advises high-net-worth families on the structure and implementation of wealth strategies and advisory vehicles, helping them to protect and manage their assets effectively.
