Alejandro Sánchez Sánchez is counsel in the commercial contracts and corporate law practice at Garrigues. He is specialized in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, financing and refinancing of business groups, as well as providing legal advice to family businesses and acting as secretary to the board of directors of various corporate groups. He also has extensive experience in teaching.
- He has eight years of teaching experience as an associate professor attached to the department of commercial and procedural law at the University of Alicante, where he has taught commercial law in various degrees and double degrees.
- He has also been a professor on the master's degree for access to the legal profession for four years.
- He has taught corporate law in several master's degrees (Executive Master in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, Master in Business Management at the University of Alicante, among others).
- And he currently continues to teach on master's degrees related to business law and, in particular, commercial law.
