
Ana specializes in foreign trade and customs, and has experience in audits in Mexico relating to foreign trade, foreign trade programs, certifications and compliance. She has over 7 years’ professional experience working as a lawyer at renowned firms and multinationals, assisting both Mexican and foreign clients to create and develop a compliance culture, advising them on strategic expansion projects and in their day-to-day operations.
Experience
Ana Lucía Moreno Elizondo is an associate in the Tax practice, with experience in providing advisory services to multinational enterprises in a range of industries, with a special emphasis on manufacturing. She has played an active role in the sale of both Mexican and foreign companies, internal and external audits and requests for different authorizations and permits in relation to foreign trade, and she has extensive experience in the regulatory framework for export development programs such as IMMEX and PROSEC, and in registration in the Business Certification System. Ana has contributed to the creation of a compliance culture and policies and procedures related to compliance and customs operations.
She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
