Angela is an associate in the Public Law and Infrastructure practice at Garrigues since 2025, having joined the firm in 2020.
She has experience advising national and international clients on infrastructure, mass transportation, and energy matters. She has participated in the analysis and structuring of infrastructure projects under public-private partnership schemes, supporting due diligence processes, contract negotiation, and structuring. She also has experience in advising on the planning and execution of EPC contracts.
Angela María is a member of the pro bono coordination team at the Bogotá office.
She is fluent in Spanish and English and has basic knowledge of French.
