Constanza Velásquez is a principal associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2013. She specializes in the areas of corporate and commercial law, providing recurring advice to domestic and foreign companies in various industries, particularly in connection with M&A transactions.
