Dabid has extensive experience in providing ongoing tax advisory services. His advice covers all the required tax areas, including international taxation, where he has prepared reports to analyze tax implications in Spain and other jurisdictions, in particular for international sportspersons and entertainers.

He has taken part in due diligence processes for a diverse range of transactions, often involving multinational groups with a presence abroad, where he has coordinated the process in different jurisdictions and has analyzed tax implications and the main tax contingencies. His experience also includes analyzing and implementing investment and divestment structures at both the domestic and international levels.

Dabid has advised on restructuring and acquisition transactions, addressing the structure and reorganization of groups, as well as the acquisition of companies, businesses or assets.

In addition, he has sound experience in managing tax proceedings, including audits and investigations, as well as in economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings in Spanish courts. The scope of his advisory services extends to groups that are taxed under the consolidated tax regime, small and medium-sized enterprises – both resident and nonresident – and individuals.
