Eduardo Rodríguez is a Counsel in the Tax Law practice at Garrigues, the firm where he has developed his professional career. He is actively involved in advising partially exempt entities on special tax regimes.
In recent years, he has specialised in the handling of inspection procedures, as well as in the legal management of numerous administrative and contentious-administrative appeals arising from inspection actions, particularly in matters related to carousel fraud procedures, family businesses, inheritance tax, etc., as well as collection actions, especially procedures for the derivation of liability.
In addition, he advises on some of the relevant regional legislation procedures brought by the Xunta de Galicia (Galician Regional Government).
