Elena Calderón is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Garrigues’ Canary Islands office.

She specializes in the technical management of all kinds of commercial and civil litigation in the areas of construction, late payments, timeshare rights, intellectual property, patents and trademarks.

She has participated in numerous engagements for the provision of professional advisory services including most notably the following: civil, corporate and commercial advice to both private and public companies; legal counsel in civil and corporate law and intellectual property proceedings.
