Elena Eransus is a principal associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2005. She is a corporate/commercial lawyer specializing in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, civil law and corporate restructurings. She advises businesses in all sectors, with a particular focus on real estate companies and agribusiness firms. She holds a Degree in Law and Business Administration. Additionally, she teaches classes in Corporate Law on the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra.
Experience
Elena Eransus has been a principal associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues since 2012. She has spent her entire career at the firm since joining in 2005. Initially and until 2011, she worked in the Real Estate Law Department in Madrid and subsequently in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department in Pamplona.
She has extensive experience in the preparation of all kinds of business contracts, corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers and spin-offs, financing and refinancing transactions, as well as in the sale, purchase and development of all kinds of real estate, the creation of real estate complexes, declarations of new construction, and the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and construction contracts.
She also provides recurring advice on corporate law matters, the formation of companies, bylaw reform and corporate restructuring processes, the integration or separation of shareholders or businesses, dispute resolution and the negotiation and resolution of pre-litigious situations, and the review and settlement of the legal status of real estate.
Lastly, she has expertise and has participated in agribusiness, antitrust and intellectual property law matters, and has advised on family protocols at both corporate and personal level (wills). She also has a thorough knowledge of the provincial laws of Navarra.

Teaching activity
She has been a lecturer in Corporate Law on the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra since 2013.
