He has also participated in the organization of various postgraduates acting both as co-director (Expert Postgraduate Course in Archives and Records Management in Local Government, organized by the Institute of Local Government Training and the Universidad de A Coruña) as academic secretary (Postgraduate Course in Law Judicial Institutions Postgraduate Course in Current Legal and Judicial Treatment organized by the Universidad de A Coruña, the Xunta de Galicia and the General Council of the Judiciary).
He has also served as secretary-academic of various national conferences on Sports Law (organized by the National Institute of Physical Education of Galicia), Fisheries Law (Law School of A Coruña) and Current Issues in Justice (organized by the Supreme Judicial Council and the Universidad de A Coruña) and various international events (First and Second International Conference on Fisheries Law, organized by the Foundation Pedro Barrié de la Maza).

Degree in Law and Doctor in Administrative Law from Universidad de A Coruña (extraordinary award).
Teaching activity
He has extensive teaching experience, including as Professor in the Administrative Law Department at Universidad de A Coruña since 1997. Currently he combines his professional activity as a lawyer with his professorship on administrative law at Universidad de A Coruña.
