Ignacio Corbera Dale specializes in M&A, private equity, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain.
From February 2011 to August 2024, he has been the resident partner of the London office of Garrigues. He presently advises his clients from the Barcelona office and engagements arising from the London market.
At present, he is a member of the executive committee, in his capacity as the Co-Director of Congresses at the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).

Experience
Ignacio Corbera has pursued his entire professional career at Garrigues, after joining in 1990. He is a partner in the corporate department of the Barcelona office.
Among other fields, he specializes in M&A, private equity, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, collaboration and specialization agreements, corporate restructurings, etc.) with a cross-border component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, Italy and Latin America.
His working languages are Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and French.
At present, he is a member of the executive committee, in his office as the Co-Director of Congresses at the International Association of Lawyers (UIA), having notably participated in the following events:
