He previously represented the Chilean Ministry of Public Works in a series of arbitrations initiated by highway concession companies related to the closure of highways during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also represented a Brazilian-French company in an arbitration for an estimated amount of USD $15 million, under the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, related to the construction of a hydroelectric power plant in Chile, and he represented a Canadian shareholder of a Chilean mining company, in an ICC arbitration against a shareholder who filed claims for an estimated value of USD $16 million.
