Experience
Juana María Pardo Pardo is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. She specializes in corporate law and litigation, focusing particularly on actions for liability against directors. She also has extensive experience in advising companies and in nonjudicial dispute resolution, particularly in the automotive industry, as well as in acting as legal counsel in civil and commercial court and arbitration proceedings.
She has been an associate lecturer at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) since 2010 and also teaches classes on the Master’s Degrees for Access to the Legal Profession of various universities.
Juana Maria Pardo Pardo has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2006.

Juana Maria Pardo Pardo has degrees in law and business administration (having obtained special distinction in both), and a doctor of laws from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Cum Laude).

Co-author of various books and manuals, including Company Law and Financial Distress (*), The corporate legal framework (*) and Fundamentals of Business Law (*), published by Editorial Civitas-Aranzadi.
She has also authored numerous articles and publications, notably including articles published in recent years: “How company directors should act in order to prevent potential actions for liability. Special reference to financial distress situations” (*) in Las medidas preventivas de conflictos jurídicos en contextos económicos inestables, published by Editorial Bosch in 2014 or in Anuario Contencioso para abogados which compiles the most important litigation and arbitration cases handled each year by the major law firms, published by Editorial La Ley.
