He has extensive experience in judicial proceedings and arbitration in civil and commercial matters, with special mention in construction cases under private contracts and public contracts (State contracts, Works for Taxes, Public Private Partnerships and Investment in Assets).
His experience also includes recurrent advice and issuance of legal opinions on contractual matters (private and public).
He recurrently participates in legal due diligence procedures, carried out prior to the signing of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing and refinancing transactions, and bond issues. Specifically, his intervention in these procedures consists of identifying and assessing the risks concerning claims that could potentially be argued before a judge or arbitrator, or that are already known by one of them.

He is an adjunct professor at Pontifica Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), in the course of Contract Law and has been an adjunct professor, head of practice and/or teaching assistant in other courses in civil and civil procedural matters, both at PUCP and at Universidad de Lima.
He participates as a speaker in various civil law, procedural and arbitration events.
He also participates as arbitrator in Arbitration Moots.
