
Elsa Leticia is a lawyer with experience in corporate and financial restructurings for Mexican and foreign companies. She has advised multinational companies on merger and acquisition processes, as well as on financial transaction monitoring. She has extensive experience in successfully advising clients on day-to-day corporate and legal matters and has capably assisted various international clients in entering the Mexican market, providing legal support, and reviewing, preparing and implementing strategies, with a particular focus on investors from China, Italy and other countries.
Experience
Elsa Leticia Neve Ramírez Wiella is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Corporate and M&A practices. Between 2013 and 2018, she worked in the commercial area of Chinese, Mexican and Italian companies, working out of offices in Shanghai, China and Udine, Italy. She has participated in numerous international commercial deals and agreements, coordinating and managing meetings with clients and suppliers in English, Italian and Chinese.
She also advised a private Mexican fund on the preparation and implementation of a new financing structure, creating different vehicles in several jurisdictions to consider the participation of investors and their integration into the financing structure.
She has advised on the incorporation and commencement of operations of international companies, helping them to get set up in Mexico, assisting them with matters such as corporate and contractual services, structural projects and dealing with extraordinary needs.
She advised a Mexican family company in the lamination industry on the acquisition of a 50% stake by a new shareholder.
