Experience
Lisette is a principal associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration Department of Garrigues, which she joined in 2008. In her professional activity she has been involved in highly complex litigation and arbitration. She specialises in advising in the engineering and construction sectors, providing advice since the contractual phase, the pre-litigation phase, dispute resolution proceedings before a panel and, ultimately, in arbitration, having participated on behalf of a construction company listed on the IBEX 35 in some of the largest construction cases handled by Garrigues to date.
She also provides ongoing contractual and litigation advice to manufacturers in the automotive sector on a range of matters, from negotiating all aspects of their contracts with their dealerships, through support on their day-to-day issues relating to their network, to defending them in legal proceedings arising from the termination of their distribution or agency agreements. She has recently successfully led the restructuring process of the distribution network in Spain of a leading manufacturer of luxury automotive brands.
