He has advised businesses and company directors on the design of crime risk management systems with a view to avoiding or reducing the criminal liability of legal entities. Luis is an expert in economic criminal law.

He has defended companies in proceedings for environmental crimes, crimes against the Public Treasury, fraud, misappropriation, corporate crimes and crimes against worker safety.
