Mariana Aguilar is an associate in the Corporate Law department.
She has been with Garrigues since December 2024. She has experience in Corporate Law, mergers, and acquisitions.
Experience
Prior to joining Garrigues, Mariana worked as an attorney at Estudio Muñiz and as a research assistant at the Scientific Research Institute (IDIC).
She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Academic background
Mariana graduated in law from the University of Lima, where she also specialized in Corporate Law.
