She has participated in multiple corporate restructuring transactions and providing tax advice in the field of "family business" benefits. Marta Blanco Gayo is a Senior Associate in Garrigues' Tax Law practice in the Valladolid office, which she joined in 1999.
She has extensive experience providing recurring tax advice in the field of direct and indirect taxation of companies and business groups with foreign and regional capital belonging to various sectors of activity (agri-food, pharmaceutical, health, tourism and hotels, among others).
Her advice covers both direct and indirect taxation, including the representation of taxpayers in tax proceedings and tax advice in the field of application of "family business" benefits.
In the field of indirect taxation, he has extensive experience in advising Groups for the application of the Special Regime for Group of Entities, as well as advising on international trade and real estate transactions.
Likewise, in the field of M&A, she has participated in corporate restructuring processes, company purchase / sale transactiones and due diligence processes.
