Natalia Serrano is a senior associate in the Competition Law practice at the Bogotá office. Natalia advises national and international companies on administrative investigations related to restrictive competition practices, unfair competition, consumer protection, and data protection. Additionally, she actively participates in the economic and market analysis of various operations related to merger control in Colombia.
Before joining Garrigues, Natalia worked at Microsoft as part of the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs team. Natalia also served as a professor of International Economic Law at the University of Los Andes and as a coach for the John Jackson Moot Court Competition in international economic law.

Natalia has extensive experience advising companies from various sectors - such as telecommunications, tobacco, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, e-commerce, construction, retail, payment systems, among others - on matters related to competition law, consumer protection, and data protection.
