Experience
Partner since 2011, associate since 2002, Pablo joined the firm in 2000.
He has extensive experience in providing advice on urban development and real estate transactions to domestic and foreign clients.
He has worked for public and private entities devoted specifically to real estate development. In the course of the last few years, he has advised Goodman on the development of the Les Licorelles Specific Plan in Molins de Rei, as well as Lumine on the development of the golf courses that comprise the real estate development project in the area.
He has also participated in the process of drafting and advising the persons in charge of town planning from different governments within the framework of different regulatory initiatives both in Spain and abroad.
