Paola’s professional experience is mainly in the areas of litigation and labor and employment, where she provides advice on labor lawsuits, drafting and reviewing individual employment contracts and collective labor agreements, internal work regulations, labor terminations, compensation advice, conciliation, and labor and employment consulting.
Experience
Paola Naranjo Llamas is an asscoiate in the Tax practice with experience managing more than 60 individual labor lawsuits before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board of Querétaro which resulted in conciliation agreements, as well as offering a solid defense to support the arrangements proposed. She has also participated in more than 20 labor lawsuits, obtaining acquittals and reaching conciliation agreements.
She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
