Ramón Jareño is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice at the Alicante office and has practiced at the firm since 1998. He specializes in Commercial and Civil Law, particularly in the areas of Corporate Law and Contracts.

He has broad experience in M&A transactions, having advised on and assisted with numerous corporate acquisitions and restructuring processes.

A great deal of his work involves family business matters, and he has advised on multiple business succession processes and on the drawing up of family protocols.

He has also advised on numerous real estate deals and civil and commercial contracts at domestic and international level, as well as on major financial restructuring processes.

He is the nondirector board secretary at several corporate groups.

He has participated as a speaker at various seminars and conferences in his areas of expertise.

Ramón has a degree in Law (Legal Business Adviser) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1).

Ramón regularly collaborates with business associations and other entities and forums related to the world of business.

Ramón is a member of the Alicante Bar Association.
