Rodrigo Ramos is an associate of the Administrative Law practice. Rodrigo has extensive experience advising private and public entities on administrative and regulatory matters, covering a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the development of infrastructure projects as well as energy, environmental and telecommunications law, among others.
Experience
Rodrigo Ramos has been an associate in the Administrative Law practice since 2021. Prior to joining Garrigues, Rodrigo worked as a lawyer in the Projects and Infrastructure area of Ernst&Young (EY) and as an associate in the Regulatory area of Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados. In his professional activity, he has advice on administrative and regulatory matters of great complexity, including:
- Legal advice to private and public entities in administrative procedures of diverse nature.
- Legal advice to private entities in contentious, trilateral, sanctioning and coercive enforcement proceedings, before the different Public Administration entities.
- Participation in projects of all kinds and execution of due diligence processes regarding different economic sectors.
- Elaboration of legal reports and opinions on administrative law, public procurement, infrastructure and regulated sectors.
- Legal advice to private and public entities regarding bidding procedures and execution of public agreements for the development of public infrastructure projects, acquisition of goods and provision of services.
- Legal advice to private entities regarding procedures for obtaining the enabling titles required to execute all types of projects.
