Rodrigo joined the firm as an associate in the first half of 2024, after having worked at Carey y Cía since 2020, where he worked both in the corporate law area of mergers and acquisitions, and then in the litigation and arbitration area.

He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, standing out in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as in administrative litigation and sanctioning proceedings of various kinds. In addition, he has participated in disputes related to mining, energy, construction, financial and investment matters, among other areas.

He was an assistant professor at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in Civil Law and Procedural Law courses.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
