Experience
Rubén Navarro Tudela is counsel in the Planning and Zoning and Administrative Law practices.
He has practiced as a lawyer since 2003 (member of the Alicante Bar Association), when he joined the Administrative Law and Zoning and Planning practices of Garrigues. He has been the associate in charge of the Administrative Law and Zoning and Planning practices of the Alicante office since September 2008.
He has expertise in planning matters, zoning management and enforcement, particularly in acting as legal counsel in integrated action programs (IAP) and reparceling projects.
He also has broad experience in advising and acting as legal counsel to the public sector, specifically to provincial government authorities, local government corporations and public law entities.
He offers recurring advice on administrative contracts (such as financial readjustments, price reviews, unilateral terminations, etc.), the management of public services and on infrastructure (ports and airports).
His teaching activities include:
- Lecturer, “Law and New Technologies” seminars. Optional credits offered by Universidad de Valencia. 2006.
- Lecturer on the Advanced Course in Business Law (coordinated by Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Harvard Law School) since 2010.
- Speaker at seminars organized by the Alicante Business Center, the Alicante Public Works Federation, the Albacete Employers’ Confederation (FEDA), the Confederation of Employers of the province of Alicante (COEPA), the Alicante Association of Tax Lawyers and the Villena Employers’ Association.
