Rufino Arce Foncueva is a senior associate in Garrigues' Litigation and Arbitration Department, where he has practiced since 2007. He is specialized in criminal law and compliance, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and family business. He deals with both litigation and advisory services in this area. Furthermore, Rufino has participated in national and international arbitration proceedings, both as arbitration secretary and in the defense of the position of either of the parties.
He also provides pre-litigation advice, drafting opinions, notes and reports.
