Sara García Aldonza is a senior associate in the Tax Law Department at Garrigues' Valladolid office.
There, she provides recurring tax advice to companies and major business groups both national and multinational installed in our territory. She participates in corporate restructuring processes as well as in advising companies and family businesses both in their business and family/wealth aspects (family business benefits). Additionally, she collaborates on a ongoing basis in more specialized areas, such as problems related to the Tax on Business Activities (Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas) or the Foreign Transaction Survey (Encuesta de Transacciones con el Exterior, Banco de España) and she also carries out an intense activity as a representative of taxpayers in numerous tax procedures.
She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Valladolid and is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association as well as the Valladolid Economists Association.

- Advice companies and family businesses both in their business and family/wealth aspects (family business benefits), trying to find the optimal ownership structure from the point of view of the partner and the company itself.
- Representation of taxpayers in numerous tax procedures in the fields of management, inspection and collection.

- Tax on Construction, Installations and Works.

Teaching activity
Sara has been tutor of the final year’s Project in the Master's Degree in Legal and Tax Consultancy of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.
She has further participated as a teacher in the Technological and Innovative Entrepreneurship Support Programme (Instituto de Competitividad Empresarial - Junta de Castilla y León) and has also taught in several specific training courses at the University of Valladolid.
She is a regular speaker in certain courses for the Chamber of Commerce of Segovia, the Chamber of Commerce of Burgos, the Chamber of Commerce of Palencia and the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid.
