He specializes a wide variety of financing agreements, both domestic and foreign, advising to lenders, borrowers and sponsors in energy, infrastructure and acquisition financing, as well as corporate financing. He also provides recurring advice to developers on infrastructure projects, and in corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

He obtained his Law Degree in Law in the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Chile. He has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the School of Law of the University of Columbia.

He has been assistant professor in the Civil Law course at the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2013-2020).

Sebastián Nieme is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. Title of Lawyer granted from the Chilean Supreme Court in 2015.
