Silvia Pérez is a senior associate in Garrigues' Tax Department in the Vigo office, focusing mainly on providing recurring advice to companies. She advises on corporate reorganizations. - Advising groups taxed under the consolidated tax regime in relation to the calculation of corporate income tax and preparation of the corresponding tax returns.
