Susana Rodríguez is a partner in the Corporate Law practice area of Garrigues, where she has spent her entire professional career, having specialized in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Her expertise in the area of commercial contracts has been built up through her participation in numerous transactions for the sale and purchase of companies (both national and international) and for the acquisition of ownership interests in the capital of corporate enterprises, as well as in joint venture projects.
