
Tania Corina has 13 years of professional experience advising domestic and international companies on their tax compliance obligations. Corina’s experience centers on federal and international tax matters. Her practice focuses primarily on private wealth clients, advising them on compliance with their tax obligations stemming from investments and assets located abroad, as well on wealth advice for their international assets considering dual tax residence issues and transfers of assets to the next generation(s), as well as tax advice prior to relocation (either into or out of Mexico).

Tania Corina Lechuga is a principal associate in the Tax practice. Corina’s practice includes tax advice for domestic and international companies, relating to such matters as M&A and corporate restructuring, as well as cross-border transactions. Corina also advises business groups and funds looking to invest in Mexico by setting up real estate investment trusts and private equity funds.
Thanks to her professional experience, both in Mexico and abroad, as well as her academic background, Corina provides comprehensive advice to clients to enable them to prevent contingencies and comply with their tax obligations.
