Tristán Bernabé is a principal associate in the Corporate and M&A Department at Garrigues, where he practices in the areas of commercial contracts and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. In his professional activity, he advises on:
- Complex M&A transactions, which includes due diligence processes and share and/or asset purchase and sale transactions;
- Corporate reorganisations;
- Commercial contracts;
- Corporate law; and
- Ongoing corporate law advice to Spanish corporate groups and multinational groups with subsidiaries in Spain.
As part of his professional career at Garrigues, Tristán Bernabé was seconded as an associate to Garrigues' London office for two years, from March 2018 to March 2020, where he concentrated his practice on corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions generated through the London market. He is currently still assisting on transactions lead at Garrigues' London office, advising multinational groups on investment processes in Spain.

- LL.M in American Law from Boston University School of Law with specialisation in international business transactions and mergers and acquisitions (Boston).
- Introduction to American Law from Columbia University School of Law (New York).
