Vicente Marín Bascuñán is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. Experience
Vicente joined the firm as an associate in 2024, after having worked at Parraguez Marín y del Río since 2019. There, he started as a judicial paralegal and, from 2020, served as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration area.
He has extensive experience in conflict resolution, excelling in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as in administrative contentious proceedings and various sanctioning procedures. Moreover, he has participated in disputes related to mining, labor, construction, financial, port, and railway transportation matters, among others.
He was a teaching assistant at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in the courses of Labor Law and Research Seminar.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Academic background
Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2019) and admitted to the bar by the Supreme Court of Chile (2020).
Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Sanctioning Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2021).
