Managing Intellectual Property names Garrigues Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year in Portugal

Garrigues has been named Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year: Portugal by international publication Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) at the 15th Annual IP Awards. Garrigues picked up the award last night in London at a ceremony attended by the leading European firms.
The awards recognize the international law firms and lawyers who excelled in 2018 due to their “innovative and groundbreaking” work in the area of intellectual property.
“This is a major acknowledgment of the IP team’s work and their efforts to deliver the best possible service to clients,” explained João Miranda de Sousa, socio responsable de Garrigues en Portugal.
This award comes barely a month after Garrigues Portugal was named IP Firm of the Year at the Global IP Awards of the international publications World Trademark Review (WTR) and Intellectual Asset Management (IAM).
