Francisco Noguera is a partner in the Corporate Department of Garrigues, where he practices his professional activity in the areas of banking & finance and capital markets. He advises borrowers and sponsors, as well as lenders in project finance transactions, structured financing and debt refinancing in different economic sectors in Colombia. Francisco has focused his practice on the financing of infrastructure projects (i.e. toll roads, ports and airports), energy assets, and financing transactions in sectors such as telecommunication, oil, gas and agriculture. Likewise, he is very active in complex multi-jurisdictional financing and acquisition financing. Graduated in Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Francisco holds a law degree and a postgraduate course in Capital Markets from Universidad Javeriana (Colombia).
