    Location: The project is located in the departments of Tumbes and Piura

    Object: Concession for the construction of a 500 kV Transmissionline that will link the Chorrillos Substation in Ecuador with the La Niña Substation in Peru. This transmissionline includes the construction of two (2) new intermediate substations: Passage Substation in Ecuador and Piura Nueva Substation in Peru.

    Financial structure: Self-financed project.

    Value of the investment: Approximately US$ 163 million (without VAT).

    Term: Thirty (30) years.

    Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Energy and Mining (MINEM).

    Status of process: The bidding process is pending publication in the official newspaper El Peruano, along with the terms and conditions of the process, schedule and the first draft of the concession agreement.
