Location: State of Colima.

Purpose: The project consists of the design, equipment construction, installation, operation, maintenance and exploitation of a Specialized Containers Terminal of 74 ha, with a 1,533 m waterfront and 3 docking positions for handling containerized cargo.

 Once the area to be concessioned is delivered to the winner and awardee, the latter must build along the waterfront of the aforementioned area, in the manner and terms established in the bases, a dock for public use for the management of the loads of the terminal, which will operate in specialized maneuvering. In addition, necessary navigation areas to operate the terminal must be develop.

Procurement procedure: Concession. 

Investment value: MXN $5,906,482,118 approximately USD $295,324,105.

Term: 20 years.

Organization: Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
